Our goal as owners/developers is to create a distinctive community of jewel-box homes. These homes start in the low 900's and are second to none in terms of quality, construction and energy efficiency. The homes exterior feature real cedar siding (no vinyl anywhere), stone on the fireplace, stone trim throughout the exterior, gutter colors to match the trim of the windows, an approved color pallet, high-end windows, doors and garage doors, blue stone stoops and paths, landscaping, and of course a cupola on every home! As we live on the property as well, this is not simply a development deal, but a very personal project, where we as the owners insure the beauty and quality of the land and homes are the best they can be!

Depending on your needs, we work with multiple high-end local builders,that we have vetted and worked with over many years. This would certainly be the easiest path for a new home builder, but we understand that you may have your own preferred builder and design and we would be happy to entertain this concept as well.
